Creating Spiritual Landscape – A safely guided intimate inner journey

Gyan Mudra - Indian Hand PositionThis Six week women’s group is focused on introducing helpful aspects of Spirituality to explore and build a compassionate relationship with Self. Two experienced therapists will guide the weekly journey using art therapy, meditation, yoga postures and tools to facilitate an awakening to the inner and build bridges to a mindful daily live.

The six themes include:

  • What is spirituality and how do I create safety?
  • Spiritual sources and guidance from nature
  • Working with opposites through mandalas and yoga
  • Inner child and powerful ally
  • Heroes, and Allies and Companions
  • In celebration of the Inner Self
